Unable to find URL for trial version - has it been taken off the trial page or am I just missing it.

Unable to get SF to start. Upgraded to GE 5.0, set Disk Cache to 2000, Memory to 500. Fly to speed only shows an adjustment slider with no increments. Set to middle of the scale. Getting an error message that SF is encountering a problem and had to close.

Fly to Speed Slider varies from Slow= 0 to Fast=5.0. Set it to Fast (5.0)

Google Earth should NOT be running.

Can you tell me what the error says?

I'm finding my way through the trial version. I'm not able to enter my own airports. I get the note that it is not in the datablase and I may be searching outside. Also, the prefly does not seem to fly at the default cruise altitude, rather it is quite low and bumping into the ground. Thanks,

so, in that version make sure you have selected the state your airports and waypoints are in; If the airports are on the border you might try selecting the adjacent state. You need to enter the crossing altitudes for waypoints in the grid.
